Functional emulator designs for a memristor model with programmable analog and digital platforms

Hardware validation and verification studies for emulator circuits of the memristor element usually include either analog or digital realization results. In this study, implementation stages a using Joglekar window function with programmable reconfigurable platforms are given together in order to observe characteristic current–voltage relationship, experimentally. Herein, function-based voltage-controlled has been implemented field-programmable array (FPAA) platform first time. fact, FPAA attracted attention thanks its nature, rapid prototyping low hardware cost specialties, because different nonlinear functions can be easily constructed on device. Similarly, gate (FPGA) recently recognized parallel processing feature signal studies. The FPGA-based also addressed study. Thus, FPGA based designs presented contribute memristor-based applications that is required obtain real-time signals.
